1 Acceptance of Terms

9 Account Suspension and Closure

ch444 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering or other illegal conduct.
